Waldura.org is operated by the Waldura Foundation, who reserves the right to discontinue and/or terminate services, to any member, without notice, if any of the following policies are violated.
Members may not use the Waldura Foundation services to conduct, or solicit the performance of, any illegal activity, or to conduct any other activity which infringes on the rights of the Waldura Foundation or any third parties.
Our member accounts may not host or store or distribute material that contains nudity, pornography, obscenity, discriminatory/hate material, hacking-related material, warez, unauthorized software distribution, or any material that results in reasonable complaints from other members or third parties.
Our members must be 18 years of age or older to use services from the Waldura Foundation. Anyone under 18 years of age that wishes to become a member, must have a parent or guardian purchase and supervise usage. Parents or guardian will be held responsible for the activities of minors. The Waldura Foundation will not tolerate the misrepresentation of underage users.
